The following components can be rebuilt on your loader bucket at your location:
- Boom clevis cast wear shoe: for protecting boom clevis side plate and shell
- Boom clevis wear show: for protecting the boom clevis bracket; can also be used on outside bucket shell radius
- Horizontal wear straps: for protecting the bucket shell
- Clevis wear straps: for protecting boom anchors and shell
Variable lead lip system
Our variable lead lip system is field replaceable and can be customized to your specifications. We can create a tailored mix of standard components that meet your requirements for blasted rock or muck. The lips are ideal for any size loaders from 122 cm (48 in.) to 368 cm (145 in.) widths.
EZ-fill cast lip system
The Joy EZ-fill series provides a long wear life for back-blading and abrasive materials. In addition, optional base plate wear strips are available to increase lip life. With lower operating costs and extra corner shrouds, our EZ-fill series is ideal for stope mucking and the clearing of development headings with tight corners and excessive edging.
Spade cast lip system
Our spade cast lip system offers a long wear life and lower profile corner shroud. Depending on the lip size and material abrasiveness, the spade design can be ideal for clearing developing headings. The spade cast lip is proven to penetrate through muck piles and is the choice of many mining operations.
We know that your production should never have to wait for replacement parts to be manufactured. Therefore, we have developed a bucket program for all OEM models that delivers a suitable spare bucket to your site for use until your replacement bucket arrives.
We also offer a cost/hour and cost/ton programs, where all buckets are repaired locally at our nearest facility. In addition, we offer onsite auditing and quarterly reviews; bucket buyout options are also available.
