The first time you access Komatsu K-Success Learning, enter your employee/user ID and the following password combination:

UserName = Employee ID (this is a 6-digit number supplied to you)
Password = Lastname + Employee ID + #

Password:

Upon initial login, you will be asked to reset your password and then set up a 5-digit PIN. This pin will be used for resetting the password in the event you need to.

If you are a customer of Komatsu and have forgotten your User ID or Password, you will need to contact your local Komatsu representative for password reset assistance.
