Timberock Fixed Feeds

Increase your uptime and reduce your operating costs by maximizing drilling performance of Montabert drifters through Timberock feeds designed to complement their performance. The feeds improve drifter performance and Montabert drifter integration, increasing reliability and productivity. 

Feeds are lightweight, durable and cost effective, featuring aluminum and urethane components, as well as drill-specific steel drill mounts. The lighter weight reduces overall wear-and-tear on boom components.

Fixed feed components include:

• Stinger Assembly helps stabilize the drill steel when drilling
• Quick Release Cable Systems allow for fast and easy cable replacement
• Travelling Centralizer Assembly reduce vibrations travelling to the feed assembly
• Drill Cradles are made of aluminum to reduce weight and Drill Mounts are made of steel to prevent wear to the aluminum cradles
• Auto Return are mounted to the drill cradles to allow for various drill depth settings
• Bulkhead is designed to eliminate the requirement to replace full length hydraulic hoses if damaged
• Hose Drum Assembly incorporate grooves to help maintain hose alignment
• Footer Adapter is fastened to the bottom of the feed rail to eliminate wear to the feed beam and Boom Cradles are used to mount to Jumbo Boom Tables
