We are the world’s largest producer of high productivity underground mining machinery for the extraction of coal, potash, salt, platinum and other bedded materials. We have manufacturing facilities in Australia, Canada, China, France, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States, as well as sales offices and service facilities in Botswana, India, Poland and Russia. We also maintain an extensive network of service and distribution centers to rebuild and service equipment and to sell replacement parts and consumables in support of our installed base. This network includes five service centers in the United States and eight outside the United States, all of which are strategically located in major underground mining regions.
