The front idler upgrade helps improve component life and reduce maintenance requirements during the undercarriage life cycle.
Longer bushings with better lubrication paths and splines instead of keyways on the shaft help increase reliability and reduce the potential for failure. The redesigned bearing blocks and bushings can be removed without breaking the track.
The increased reliability and longevity of parts, along with ease of maintenance, reduces both maintenance man hours and unplanned downtime due to premature front idler failure.
