As a Program Manager of drills, I am responsible for delivering a new platform of blasthole drills to the business. I work with every aspect of the business to make sure what is delivered is supported.

What is your proudest achievement at work?

It would be putting together a high functioning research and development team that is very much cross-functional. The team I have now is laying the ground work for the entire drill platform, which is a difficult task to undertake. Using a highly cross-functional team helps to meet all of the stakeholders' expectations.
